Project Description:
• Construction of an 8-story building, consisting of 63 residential units, a ground level lobby & commercial space, with basement storage.
Construction Activities: Major phases of construction to include the following –
• Demo of existing buildings and hardscape.
• Excavation and grading to follow for preparation of the building foundation.
• Underground utilities.
• Forming and subsequent pouring of concrete foundation, walls, and podium slabs.
• Eight stories of vertical framing including exterior and interior building finishes.
• Site improvements including landscape, sidewalks, etc.
• Daily construction activities one can expect are use of hand tools (hammer, drills, etc.), hauling and hoisting of material, construction equipment such as crane, bobcats, backhoes, reach lifts, compressors, etc.
Anticipated General Schedule and Construction Phases with Noise Level:
• Demo/Grading (May 2026 – September 2026) – Avg dBA level 67
• Concrete Construction (September 2026 - December 2026) – Avg dBA level 60
• Framing (December 2026 – May 2027) – Avg dBA level 64
• Façade and Finishes (February 2027 – January 2028) – Avg dBA level 59
• Site Improvements, Landscape, Sidewalk, etc. (August 2027 – June 2027) – Avg dBA level 67
Daily Construction Schedule:
• Work will Commence 7am-6pm Monday through Friday
• This project is approved for Saturday work if needed 9am – 4pm
• Expected Start: May 2026
• Expected Completion: January 2028
