Project Description:
• Construction of a 7-story building, consisting of 49 apartment units.
Construction Activities: Major phases of construction to include the following –
• Demolition of existing structures
• Excavation and grading to follow for preparation of the building foundation.
• Underground utilities.
• Forming and subsequent pouring of concrete foundation and podium
• Four stories of vertical framing including exterior and interior building finishes
• Site improvements including landscape, sidewalks, etc.
• Daily construction activities one can expect are use of hand tools (hammer, drills, etc.), hauling and hoisting of material, construction equipment such as backhoes, reach lifts, compressors, etc.
Anticipated General Schedule and Construction Phases with Noise Level:
• Demolition and Grading (June 2026 – July 2026) – Avg dBA level 80
• Concrete Construction (July 2026 – October 2026) - Avg dBA level 85
• Framing (November 2026 – February 2027) - Avg dBA level 85
• Façade and Finishes (February 2027 – February 2028) - Avg dBA level 85
• Site Improvement, Landscaping, Sidewalks, Etc. (Dec. 2027 – Feb 2028) Avg dBA level 85
Daily Construction Schedule:
• Work will Commence 7am-6pm Monday through Friday
• This project is approved for Saturday work if needed 9am – 4pm.
• Expected Start: June 2026
• Expected Finish: February 2028
