Project Description:

• Development of a vacant lot for the new construction of a 3-story, multi-family building with 6

  residential units, and 6 parking spaces

Construction Activities: Major phases of construction to include the following –

• Demo of existing vegetation.

• Excavation and grading to follow for preparation of the building foundation.

• Underground utilities.

• Forming and subsequent pouring of concrete foundation, walls, and podium slabs.

• Three stories of vertical framing including exterior and interior building finishes.

• Site improvements including landscape, sidewalks, etc.

• Daily construction activities one can expect are use of hand tools (hammer, drills, etc.), hauling and

  hoisting of material, construction equipment such as crane, bobcats, backhoes, reach lifts,

  compressors, etc.

Anticipated General Schedule and Construction Phases with Noise Level:

• Demo/Grading (July 2026 – August 2026)

• Concrete Construction (August 2026 - November 2026)

• Framing (November 2026 – May 2027)

• Façade and Finishes (March 2027 – January 2028)

• Site Improvements, Landscape, Sidewalk, etc. (August 2027 – January 2028)

Daily Construction Schedule:

• Work will be performed 7am-6pm Monday through Friday

• This project is approved for Saturday work, if needed, 9am – 4pm

• Expected Start: July 2026

• Expected Completion: January 2028
