Project Description:

• New construction of (6) 3-story single family residences each with 3-bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a private single car garage.

Construction Activities: Major phases of construction to include the following –

• Demo of existing structure, kiosk, & shed.

• Excavation and grading to follow for preparation of the building foundation.

• Underground utilities.

• Forming and subsequent pouring of concrete foundation, walls, and podium slabs.

• Three stories of vertical framing including exterior and interior building finishes per structure.

• Site improvements including landscape, sidewalks, etc.

• Daily construction activities one can expect are use of hand tools (hammer, drills, etc.), hauling and

  hoisting of material, construction equipment such as crane, bobcats, backhoes, reach lifts,

  compressors, etc.

Anticipated General Schedule and Construction Phases:

• Demo/Grading (June 2026 – July 2026)

• Concrete Construction (July 2026 - July 2026)

• Framing (July 2026 – January 2027)

• Façade and Finishes (November 2026 – August 2027)

• Site Improvements, Landscape, Sidewalk, etc. (February 2027 – August 2027)

Daily Construction Schedule:

• Work will be performed 7am-6pm Monday through Friday

• This project is approved for Saturday work, if needed, 9am – 4pm

• Expected Start: June 2026

• Expected Completion: August 2027
